Every once in awhile a nice surprise comes along out of the blue. This is one of them. Swoose's Dad flew 52 missions in the Big War. He started his tour in England and ended up in France .Good 'ole mom made a scrapbook that Swoose was able to scan. Take a look at some of these original pics. (click to enlarge).

The swoose was a B26 bomber. It was called the swoose because according to the inscription on the back of the picture the swoose flew backwards because it didn't care where it was going only where it had been.
