AAR 06 December 2009
Hi
guys, First off, it was a large paper, very close in size to Thanksgivings and they say that is the largest of the year. Second, I had something to eat Saturday that got my intestines doing overtime, had to go sit at the local A+ Minimart twice. Thirdly, after the 2nd #2 above, at approximately 5:45am I came up to a red light a little too fast and rear ended the car infront of me, not sure whether to laugh or cry. I did see them in time and did a panic stop, locking the wheels and probably hit them at 5 to 10 mph. Not hard enough to dent anything or pop the airbags, but I definately scratched their rear and my front bumper. They insised on calling the State Police so we sat there for about 20 minutes waiting for them to arrive and maybe another 30 - 40 minutes while he did his stuff. As he gave us our lisences and insurance information back the driver, an old lady going to Sunday mass with her husband I assume, they were talking about how it might be sore the next day and she was rubbing her left shoulder and neck. I'm betting delayed whiplash or at least a sore muscle will develop today or tomorrow. I just snapped a couple pictures of my front and after dropping Sister off at church I'm going to drive over to thier house and snap a few of their car. Going to look up their address now on Google. Here I was worried about getting a flat tire as I tempted fate and didn't put the donut or scissors jack back in the Van. I'm such a marOOn. I thought I might be short an add section or two and the Mobil paper box, which we raid if we need to to finish our route was just to the right of this light I 'stopped' at. I was glancing over there to see if the attendant had arrived to open the station up or not and then red light, panic stop, wham.
fuzeman
PS- Here I though fixing the van and getting it on the road would be the end of the adventure LoL
