Mission Briefing 4-5-2011

Merlins!


Tonight we will be flying British planes in an attack on a small airfield.

The heavy lifting will be the job of 4 pilots flying the perked Mossie XVI to take out the hangars.

The escort group will consist of 3 pilots in Mossie VI's with just guns, and another 3-4 pilots
flying Spit IX's or Spit XVI's with DT's.
The escort mossies will provide close cover, while the Spits will stay high and roam withing icon range of the
main body to chase off enemy fighters.

The bomber pilots must have their fuzemaps printed out and ready for target assignment at takeoff.
The plan is to hit a hotly contested field, so there should be plenty of action for everyone.
